The General Shareholders’ Meeting of Demag Cranes AG voted to apprive all agenda items. The General Shareholders’ Meeting was chaired by Mr. Burkhard Schuchmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. At the time of voting, 8,885,095 shares of 8,885,095 EUR, which is equal to 41.96 percent of the capital stock, were present or represented.
