Stoyan (Steve) Filipov
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Born in Chicago in 1968, Illinois, USA
Mr. Filipov joined Terex, the majority shareholder of Demag Cranes AG, in 1994 as General Manager for Clark Material Handling, France. In 1999, he was named Vice President, International Sales, for Terex Lifting and in 2001, Managing Director for Atlas GmbH in Germany. In 2002 after the acquisition of Demag in Zweibrücken, Mr. Filipov was appointed Group President, International Operations.
Steve Filipov served as President, Terex Cranes since 2004. Then he was named President, Developing Markets and Strategic Accounts, in 2008 to lead the company’s global efforts to increase sales, distribution, and local manufacturing efforts in emerging nations. In January 2013, Steve Filipov became Chief Operating Officer of Demag Cranes AG and President, Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions. Since June 1, 2013 he is Chief Executive Officer of Demag Cranes AG.
Dr. Lars Brzoska

Born in 1972, Herford, Germany
Dr. Lars Brzoska joined the Gildemeister Group in 2003, where he worked for the Management Board on strategy, marketing, sales and product development and soon after became Head of Technical Services of the Gildemeister subsidiary DMG Vertriebs und Service GmbH. From 2004 to 2010, he held the position of General Manager.
In 2010, Dr. Brzoska transferred to Demag Cranes AG as Executive Vice President of Group Sales and was appointed Executive Vice President Industrial Cranes and Managing Director of its subsidiary Demag Cranes & Components GmbH in 2012. Since its integration into Terex Corporation, he has headed the Terex Material Handling business group as Vice President and Managing Director.
Klaus Peter Hoffmann

Born in 1962, Hagen, Westphalia, Germany
Klaus Peter Hoffmann has been with the Company since 1988, when it operated under the name Mannesmann Demag Fördertechnik – and has held many management positions. From 2001 to 2003, Klaus Peter Hoffmann was responsible for hoists at Demag Cranes & Components GmbH and, from 2003, he was head of the Handling Technology & Drives business unit. In 2008 he was appointed head of the Industrial Cranes segment of Demag Cranes AG. From 2010, he was responsible for the new strategy pursued by Demag Cranes AG in Asia.
Since 2012, he has managed our Port Technology business as Executive Vice President. He is Managing Director of the Gottwald Port Technology GmbH subsidiary and, since its integration into Terex Corporation, has been responsible for the Terex Port Solutions business group as Vice President and Managing Director.
Lawrence (Larry) Lockwood

Born in Milwaukee in 1952, Wisconsin, USA:
Lawrence Lockwood began his professional career in banking in 1977 before changing to a financial position at Allen-Bradley, the automation specialist, which was acquired by Rockwell International in 1985. Until 1997, Lawrence Lockwood held a number of management positions at Allen-Bradley and in the Rockwell Group, including Vice President Finance.
In 1997 he moved to the Rockwell Automotive Group to be the Corporate Controller of the spin-off of that Group, Meritor Automotive Corporation. From 1998 to 2004, he headed the Financial Controlling and Finances department of OEM supplier Arvinmeritor, where he was responsible, after the merger of Meritor Automotive and Arvin Industries in 2001, for business integration activities in the Light Vehicle Systems division. In 2005 he worked for Bureau Veritas certification as Vice President and Division Controller. Finally, since 2006, Lawrence Lockwood has had responsibility for Finances and IT as Vice President Finance & Information Systems for the Aerial Work Platforms Segment of the Terex Corporation.
In May 2012, Lawrence Lockwood was appointed Member of the Management Board and CFO of Demag Cranes AG by the Supervisory Board of that Group.
Member of the Board, Labor Relations Director
Born in 1957, Wetzlar, Germany
Peter Pohlner began his career at the Stuttgart plant of Standard Elektrik Lorenz AG in 1983. After holding a number of positions, in 1993 he transferred to Lafarge S.A. Group, based in Paris, a world leader in the production of building materials, as Director Human Resources and held various management positions there until 2010. In his final position, Peter Pohlner was responsible for personnel management of the Central Europe, CIS States and Turkey regions as Vice President Human Resources.
In 2010, he assumed global HR responsibility as Executive Vice President of Demag Cranes AG. Since its integration into Terex Corporation, he has headed Human Resources as Group Vice President at Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions.
