The General Shareholders’ Meeting of Demag Cranes AG voted to approve all agenda items
Dusseldorf, 6 March 2008. The General Shareholders’ Meeting of Demag Cranes AG voted to apprive all agenda items. The General Shareholders’ Meeting was chaired by Mr. Reinhard Gorenflos, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. At the time of voting, 7,101,622 shares of 7,101,622 EUR, which is equal to 33.54 percent of the capital stock, were present or represented.
